We have a huge Maintenance Depot in Broxburn Scotland and a UK network of offices,parts hubs and spares enabling a full UK wide coverage.
The latest Reverse Vending technology is modular and even large installations can be installed in one day.
This reduces downtime and the new equipment can be operational immediately. User training and detailed technical drawings are always included

Advance Remote Monitoring
All installed machines are monitored 24/7 from our dedicated service and support centre in Broxburn Scotland.
Our dedicated Service and Support Call Centre is open every day from 9am to 5pm and calls logged out of hours.
The majority of faults can be solved by telephone support and remote control management.
We train your staff at your site on "How to manage" the machines and have online help videos to help and remind your staff how to trouble shoot or undertake easy tasks such as changing bags and replacing printer rolls. We are able to revisit for refresher training or train new employees or shift workers.
RVM Systems Academy
We are able to train large numbers of people with our bespoke "RVM Systems Academy" that enables groups or large numbers of staff to be trained quickly and efficiently, for groups of over twenty people. *subject to terms.
