We use our own employees to install our Reverse Vending Systems, we do not outsource such an important service.

Our Fully trained Reverse Vending technicians ensure that your Reverse Vending System is installed correctly and safely, enabling years of service. The systems are operational immediately on the day of installation.

Our Reverse Vending Systems are modular, even our large systems can be installed in one day.

Detailed technical drawings are always included and a dedicated RVM Systems     Customer Relationship Manager will always be available throughout.

Staff Training

Reverse Vending will train your staff on the day of installation and continue to offer training and assistance throughout the maintenance contract.

We will train your staff how to undertake simple maintenance cleaning and troubleshooting tasks enabling you to tackle small issues and give your customers an excellent service.


Our Service Centre technicians in Edinburgh monitor all installations 24/7. In most cases our technicians are able to identify and resolve issues remotely over our dedicated secure telemetry systems.


We offer cost effective competitive maintenance contracts for our Reverse Vending Systems, with varying service level agreements. We offer set response and fix times if a site visit is ever required.


RVM Systems offer 12 months warranty and a full detailed service agreement.
